Cancellation Policy

At Lily Brannon Hair, we value your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy ensures that I can continue to provide every guest with the best experience possible while maintaining fairness for both our clients and stylists.


1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule without sufficient notice may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

2. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without providing notice. No-shows result in a 100% service charge or forfeiture of any booking deposit. After two no-shows, future appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking.

3. Late Arrivals

I kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to adjust their appointment or reschedule, and a late fee may apply depending on stylist availability.

4. Deposits

Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final balance at the time of service. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited.

5. Service Adjustments & Refunds

I strive for every client to love their results! If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days so we can make reasonable adjustments. Refunds are not provided for completed services, as stylist time and product costs are already invested.

6. Emergencies & Special Circumstances

I understand emergencies can happen. If you experience a true emergency that prevents you from making your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rebooking options. I handle these cases with compassion and flexibility whenever possible.

7. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Lily Brannon Hair, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. These terms are in place to respect both our clients’ time and the stylist’s commitment to your experience.
